My client is seeking a 2nd line Support Analyst to work from their site in Northampton.You will be a high level 2nd line and possibly have experience of 3rd line or just about to move up to 3rd line.
You will be required to provide 2nd level support and maintenance for internal and external clients. Ensuring all incidents, changes and work requests are recorded, undertaking project work, IT support including remote installation and upgrades, resolving 50% of helpdesk requests.
You must have 2-3 year's experience in a similar role, have an understanding of SLA's and ITIL. MCSE and CCNA/CCCNP qualifications are desirable but not essential.
You must be willing to travel as the role involves UK and European travel.
